Why are people pulling out of sales and why so many great country club view homes around the Palm Desert Country Club selling so cheap?  Is the golf club going broke even though they just re-opened?  Does anyone know anything about this area and what is affecting prices and sales?  I need answers immediately as I am looking to purchase one of these homes.
